Setup
We install our monitoring tools, review your current setup, and document your accounts and equipment. One-time setup is $250.
We take it from here
Your computers report their health to us around the clock. We patch, back up and fix issues, usually before you notice them.

New projects, billed simply
The monthly plan keeps your computers healthy. New work, such as setting up a new hire or moving offices, is billed separately.

Questions
Common questions
Do I need to sign a long contract?
Agreements run 12 months and renew yearly, with 60 days' notice to cancel. You can add or remove computers and upgrades at any time; the price changes on the next invoice.
What happens if a computer gets ransomware?
With Advanced Protection, we can isolate the computer from your network right away so it can't spread. With a backup plan, we restore your files, or with Total Recovery the whole computer, from before the attack.
Do you come on site?
Most issues are fixed remotely, which is faster for you. When a visit is needed, it's billed hourly or drawn from a service block.
We only have two computers. Is that too small?
No. Plans are priced per computer, so a two-person office pays for two computers. Essentials for two computers is $30 a month.
When can you help?
Monitoring runs 24/7. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour response target for critical issues such as a whole office being down.
